ユダの手紙	Jude 1	1
1	1 Jude, a bondservant of Jesus Christ, and brother of James, To those who are called, sanctified by God the Father, and preserved in Jesus Christ:	イエス・キリストの僕またヤコブの兄弟であるユダから、父なる神に愛され、イエス・キリストに守られている召された人々へ。
1	2 Mercy, peace, and love be multiplied to you.	あわれみと平安と愛とが、あなたがたに豊かに加わるように。
1	3Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.	愛する者たちよ。わたしたちが共にあずかっている救について、あなたがたに書きおくりたいと心から願っていたので、聖徒たちによって、ひとたび伝えられた信仰のために戦うことを勧めるように、手紙をおくる必要を感じるに至った。
1	4 For certain men have crept in unnoticed, who long ago were marked out for this condemnation, ungodly men, who turn the grace of our God into lewdness and deny the only Lord God and our Lord Jesus Christ.	そのわけは、不信仰な人々がしのび込んできて、わたしたちの神の恵みを放縦な生活に変え、唯一の君であり、わたしたちの主であるイエス・キリストを否定しているからである。彼らは、このようなさばきを受けることに、昔から予告されているのである。
1	5 But I want to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe.	あなたがたはみな、じゅうぶんに知っていることではあるが、主が民をエジプトの地から救い出して後、不信仰な者を滅ぼされたことを、思い起してもらいたい。
1	6 And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day;	主は、自分たちの地位を守ろうとはせず、そのおるべき所を捨て去った御使たちを、大いなる日のさばきのために、永久にしばりつけたまま、暗やみの中に閉じ込めておかれた。
1	7 as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.	ソドム、ゴモラも、まわりの町々も、同様であって、同じように淫行にふけり、不自然な肉欲に走ったので、永遠の火の刑罰を受け、人々の見せしめにされている。
1	8 Likewise also these dreamers defile the flesh, reject authority, and speak evil of dignitaries.	しかし、これと同じように、これらの人々は、夢に迷わされて肉を汚し、権威ある者たちを軽んじ、栄光ある者たちをそしっている。
1	9 Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!"	御使のかしらミカエルは、モーセの死体について悪魔と論じ争った時、相手をののしりさばくことはあえてせず、ただ、「主がおまえを戒めて下さるように」と言っただけであった。
1	10 But these speak evil of whatever they do not know; and whatever they know naturally, like brute beasts, in these things they corrupt themselves.	しかし、この人々は自分が知りもしないことをそしり、また、分別のない動物のように、ただ本能的な知識にあやまられて、自らの滅亡を招いている。
1	11 Woe to them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, have run greedily in the error of Balaam for profit, and perished in the rebellion of Korah.	彼らはわざわいである。彼らはカインの道を行き、利のためにバラムの惑わしに迷い入り、コラのような反逆をして滅んでしまうのである。
1	12 These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots;	彼らは、あなたがたの愛餐に加わるが、それを汚し、無遠慮に宴会に同席して、自分の腹を肥やしている。彼らは、いわば、風に吹きまわされる水なき雲、実らない枯れ果てて、抜き捨てられた秋の木、
1	13raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.	自分の恥をあわにして出す海の荒波、さまよう星である。彼らには、まっくらなやみが永久に用意されている。
1	14Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, "Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints,	アダムから七代目にあたるエノクも彼らについて預言して言った、「見よ、主は無数の聖徒たちを率いてこられた。
1	15 to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him."	それは、すべての者にさばきを行うためであり、また、不信心な者が、信仰を無視して犯したすべての不信心なしわざと、さらに、不信心な罪人が主にそむいて語ったすべての暴言とを責めるためである」。
1	16 These are grumblers, complainers, walking according to their own lusts; and they mouth great swelling words, flattering people to gain advantage.	彼らは不平をならべ、不満を鳴らす者であり、自分の欲のままに生活し、その口は大言を吐き、利のために人にへつらう者である。
1	17 But you, beloved, remember the words which were spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ:	愛する者たちよ。わたしたちの主イエス・キリストの使徒たちが予告した言葉を思い出しなさい。
1	18 how they told you that there would be mockers in the last time who would walk according to their own ungodly lusts.	彼らはあなたがたにこう言った、「終りの時に、あざける者たちがあらわれて、自分の不信心な欲のままに生活するであろう」。
1	19 These are sensual persons, who cause divisions, not having the Spirit.	彼らは分派をつくる者、肉に属する者、御霊を持たない者たちである。
1	20 But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,	しかし、愛する者たちよ。あなたがたは、最も神聖な信仰の上に自らを築き上げ、聖霊によって祈り、
1	21 keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life.	神の愛の中に自らを保ち、永遠のいのちを目あてとして、わたしたちの主イエス・キリストのあわれみを待ち望みなさい。
1	22 And on some have compassion, making a distinction;	疑いをいだく人々があれば、彼らをあわれみ、
1	23 but others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire, hating even the garment defiled by the flesh.	火の中から引き出して救ってやりなさい。また、そのほかの人たちを、おそれの心をもってあわれみなさい。しかし、肉に汚れた者に対しては、その下着さえも忌みきらいなさい。
1	24 Now to Him who is able to keep you from stumbling, And to present you faultless Before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy,	あなたがたを守ってつまずかない者とし、また、その栄光のまえに傷なき者として、喜びのうちに立たせて下さるかた、
1	25 To God our Savior, Who alone is wise, Be glory and majesty, Dominion and power, Both now and forever. Amen.	すなわち、わたしたちの救主なる唯一の神に、栄光、大能、力、権威が、わたしたちの主イエス・キリストによって、世々の初めにも、今も、また、世々限りなく、あるように、アァメン。
