1	1 Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ, by the commandment of God our Savior and the Lord Jesus Christ, our hope,	わたしたちの救主なる神と、わたしたちの望みであるキリスト・イエスとの任命によるキリスト・イエスの使徒パウロから、
1	2 To Timothy, a true son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord.	信仰によるわたしの真実な子テモテへ。父なる神とわたしたちの主キリスト・イエスから、恵みとあわれみと平安とが、あなたにあるように。
1	3 As I urged you when I went into Macedonia--remain in Ephesus that you may charge some that they teach no other doctrine,	わたしがマケドニヤに向かって出発する際、頼んでおいたように、あなたはエペソにとどまっていて、ある人々に、違った教を説くことをせず、
1	4 nor give heed to fables and endless genealogies, which cause disputes rather than godly edification which is in faith.	作り話やはてしのない系図などに気をとられることもないように、命じなさい。そのようなことは信仰による神の務を果すものではなく、むしろ論議を引き起させるだけのものである。
1	5 Now the purpose of the commandment is love from a pure heart, from a good conscience, and from sincere faith,	わたしのこの命令は、清い心と正しい良心と偽りのない信仰とから出てくる愛を目標としている。
1	6 from which some, having strayed, have turned aside to idle talk,	ある人々はこれらのものからそれて空論に走り、
1	7 desiring to be teachers of the law, understanding neither what they say nor the things which they affirm.	律法の教師たることを志していながら、自分の言っていることも主張していることも、わからないでいる。
1	8 But we know that the law is good if one uses it lawfully,	わたしたちが知っているとおり、律法なるものは、法に従って用いるなら、良いものである。
1	9 knowing this: that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,	すなわち、律法は正しい人のために定められたのではなく、不法な者と法に服さない者、不信心な者と罪ある者、神聖を汚す者と俗悪な者、父を殺す者と母を殺す者、人を殺す者、
1	10 for fornicators, for sodomites, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine,	不品行な者、男色をする者、誘かいする者、偽る者、偽り誓う者、そのほか健全な教にもとることがあれば、そのために定められていることを認むべきである。
1	11according to the glorious gospel of the blessed God which was committed to my trust.	これは、祝福に満ちた神の栄光の福音が示すところであって、わたしはこの福音をゆだねられているのである。
1	12 And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry,	わたしは、自分を強くして下さったわたしたちの主キリスト・イエスに感謝する。主はわたしを忠実な者と見て、この務に任じて下さったのである。
1	13 although I was formerly a blasphemer, a persecutor, and an insolent man; but I obtained mercy because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.	わたしは以前には、神をそしる者、迫害する者、不遜な者であった。しかしわたしは、これらの事を、信仰がなかったとき、無知なためにしたのだから、あわれみをこうむったのである。
1	14 And the grace of our Lord was exceedingly abundant, with faith and love which are in Christ Jesus.	その上、わたしたちの主の恵みが、キリスト・イエスにある信仰と愛とに伴い、ますます増し加わってきた。
1	15 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief.	「キリスト・イエスは、罪人を救うためにこの世にきて下さった」という言葉は、確実で、そのまま受けいれるに足るものである。わたしは、その罪人のかしらなのである。
1	16 However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life.	しかし、わたしがあわれみをこうむったのは、キリスト・イエスが、まずわたしに対して限りない寛容を示し、そして、わたしが今後、彼を信じて永遠のいのちを受ける者の模範となるためである。
1	17 Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.	世々の支配者、不朽にして見えざる唯一の神に、世々限りなく、ほまれと栄光とがあるように、アァメン。
1	18 This charge I commit to you, son Timothy, according to the prophecies previously made concerning you, that by them you may wage the good warfare,	わたしの子テモテよ。以前あなたに対してなされた数々の預言の言葉に従って、この命令を与える。あなたは、これらの言葉に励まされて、信仰と正しい良心とを保ちながら、りっぱに戦いぬきなさい。
1	19 having faith and a good conscience, which some having rejected, concerning the faith have suffered shipwreck,	ある人々は、正しい良心を捨てたため、信仰の破船に会った。
1	20 of whom are Hymenaeus and Alexander, whom I delivered to Satan that they may learn not to blaspheme.	その中に、ヒメナオとアレキサンデルとがいる。わたしは、神を汚さないことを学ばせるため、このふたりをサタンの手に渡したのである。

2	1 Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men,	そこで、まず第一に勧める。すべての人のために、王たちと上に立っているすべての人々のために、願いと、祈と、とりなしと、感謝とをささげなさい。
2	2 for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence.	それはわたしたちが、安らかで静かな一生を、真に信心深くまた謹厳に過ごすためである。
2	3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior,	これは、わたしたちの救主である神のみまえに良いことであり、また、みこころにかなうことである。
2	4 who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.	神は、すべての人が救われて、真理を悟るに至ることを望んでおられる。
2	5 For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,	神は唯一であり、神と人との間の仲保者もただひとりであって、それは人なるキリスト・イエスである。
2	6who gave Himself a ransom for all, to be testified in due time,	彼は、すべての人のあがないとしてご自身をささげられたが、それは、定められた時になされたあかしにほかならない。
2	7 for which I was appointed a preacher and an apostle--I am speaking the truth in Christ and not lying--a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and truth.	そのために、わたしは立てられて宣教者、使徒となり（わたしは真実を言っている、偽ってはいない）、また異邦人に信仰と真理とを教える教師となったのである。
2	8 I desire therefore that the men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting;	男は、怒ったり争ったりしないで、どんな場所でも、きよい手をあげて祈ってほしい。
2	9 in like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing,	また、女はつつましい身なりをし、適度に慎み深く身を飾るべきであって、髪を編んだり、金や真珠をつけたり、高価な着物を着たりしてはいけない。
2	10 but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works.	むしろ、良いわざをもって飾りとすることが、信仰を言いあらわしている女に似つかわしい。
2	11 Let a woman learn in silence with all submission.	女は静かにしていて、万事につけ従順に教を学ぶがよい。
2	12And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence.	女が教えたり、男の上に立ったりすることを、わたしは許さない。むしろ、静かにしているべきである。
2	13 For Adam was formed first, then Eve.	なぜなら、アダムがさきに造られ、それからエバが造られたからである。
2	14And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression.	またアダムは惑わされなかったが、女は惑わされて、あやまちを犯した。
2	15 Nevertheless she will be saved in childbearing if they continue in faith, love, and holiness, with self-control.	しかし、女が慎み深く、信仰と愛と清さとを持ち続けるなら、子を産むことによって救われるであろう。

3	1 This is a faithful saying: If a man desires the position of a bishop, he desires a good work.	「もし人が監督の職を望むなら、それは良い仕事を願うことである」とは正しい言葉である。
3	2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, of good behavior, hospitable, able to teach;	さて、監督は、非難のない人で、ひとりの妻の夫であり、自らを制し、慎み深く、礼儀正しく、旅人をもてなし、よく教えることができ、
3	3 not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not covetous;	酒を好まず、乱暴でなく、寛容であって、人と争わず、金に淡泊で、
3	4 one who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence	自分の家をよく治め、謹厳であって、子供たちを従順な者に育てている人でなければならない。
3	5 (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the church of God?);	自分の家を治めることも心得ていない人が、どうして神の教会を預かることができようか。
3	6 not a novice, lest being puffed up with pride he fall into the same condemnation as the devil.	彼はまた、信者になって間もないものであってはならない。そうであると、高慢になって、悪魔と同じ審判を受けるかも知れない。
3	7 Moreover he must have a good testimony among those who are outside, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.	さらにまた、教会外の人々にもよく思われている人でなければならない。そうでないと、そしりを受け、悪魔のわなにかかるであろう。
3	8Likewise deacons must be reverent, not double-tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy for money,	それと同様に、執事も謹厳であって、二枚舌を使わず、大酒を飲まず、利をむさぼらず、
3	9 holding the mystery of the faith with a pure conscience.	きよい良心をもって、信仰の奥義を保っていなければならない。
3	10 But let these also first be tested; then let them serve as deacons, being found blameless.	彼らはまず調べられて、不都合なことがなかったなら、それから執事の職につかすべきである。
3	11 Likewise their wives must be reverent, not slanderers, temperate, faithful in all things.	女たちも、同様に謹厳で、他人をそしらず、自らを制し、すべてのことに忠実でなければならない。
3	12 Let deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.	執事はひとりの妻の夫であって、子供と自分の家とをよく治める者でなければならない。
3	13 For those who have served well as deacons obtain for themselves a good standing and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus.	執事の職をよくつとめた者は、良い地位を得、さらにキリスト・イエスを信じる信仰による、大いなる確信を得るであろう。
3	14 These things I write to you, though I hope to come to you shortly;	わたしは、あなたの所にすぐ行きたいと望みながら、この手紙を書いている。
3	15 but if I am delayed, I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.	万一わたしが遅れる場合には、神の家でいかに生活すべきかを、あなたに知ってもらいたいからである。神の家というのは、生ける神の教会のことであって、それは真理の柱、真理の基礎なのである。
3	16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.	確かに偉大なのは、この信心の奥義である、／「キリストは肉において現れ、／霊において義とせられ、／御使たちに見られ、／諸国民の間に伝えられ、／世界の中で信じられ、／栄光のうちに天に上げられた」。

4	1 Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons,	しかし、御霊は明らかに告げて言う。後の時になると、ある人々は、惑わす霊と悪霊の教とに気をとられて、信仰から離れ去るであろう。
4	2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron,	それは、良心に焼き印をおされている偽り者の偽善のしわざである。
4	3 forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth.	これらの偽り者どもは、結婚を禁じたり、食物を断つことを命じたりする。しかし食物は、信仰があり真理を認める者が、感謝して受けるようにと、神の造られたものである。
4	4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving;	神の造られたものは、みな良いものであって、感謝して受けるなら、何ひとつ捨てるべきものはない。
4	5 for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.	それらは、神の言と祈とによって、きよめられるからである。
4	6 If you instruct the brethren in these things, you will be a good minister of Jesus Christ, nourished in the words of faith and of the good doctrine which you have carefully followed.	これらのことを兄弟たちに教えるなら、あなたは、信仰の言葉とあなたの従ってきた良い教の言葉とに養われて、キリスト・イエスのよい奉仕者になるであろう。
4	7 But reject profane and old wives' fables, and exercise yourself toward godliness.	しかし、俗悪で愚にもつかない作り話は避けなさい。信心のために自分を訓練しなさい。
4	8 For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.	からだの訓練は少しは益するところがあるが、信心は、今のいのちと後の世のいのちとが約束されてあるので、万事に益となる。
4	9 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptance.	これは確実で、そのまま受けいれるに足る言葉である。
4	10For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe.	わたしたちは、このために労し苦しんでいる。それは、すべての人の救主、特に信じる者たちの救主なる生ける神に、望みを置いてきたからである。
4	11 These things command and teach.	これらの事を命じ、また教えなさい。
4	12 Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity.	あなたは、年が若いために人に軽んじられてはならない。むしろ、言葉にも、行状にも、愛にも、信仰にも、純潔にも、信者の模範になりなさい。
4	13 Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.	わたしがそちらに行く時まで、聖書を朗読することと、勧めをすることと、教えることとに心を用いなさい。
4	14 Do not neglect the gift that is in you, which was given to you by prophecy with the laying on of the hands of the eldership.	長老の按手を受けた時、預言によってあなたに与えられて内に持っている恵みの賜物を、軽視してはならない。
4	15 Meditate on these things; give yourself entirely to them, that your progress may be evident to all.	すべての事にあなたの進歩があらわれるため、これらの事を実行し、それを励みなさい。
4	16 Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.	自分のことと教のこととに気をつけ、それらを常に努めなさい。そうすれば、あなたは、自分自身とあなたの教を聞く者たちとを、救うことになる。

5	1 Do not rebuke an older man, but exhort him as a father, younger men as brothers,	老人をとがめてはいけない。むしろ父親に対するように、話してあげなさい。若い男には兄弟に対するように、
5	2 older women as mothers, younger as sisters, with all purity.	年とった女には母親に対するように、若い女には、真に純潔な思いをもって、姉妹に対するように、勧告しなさい。
5	3 Honor widows who are really widows.	やもめについては、真にたよりのないやもめたちを、よくしてあげなさい。
5	4 But if any widow has children or grandchildren, let them first learn to show piety at home and to repay their parents; for this is good and acceptable before God.	やもめに子か孫かがある場合には、これらの者に、まず自分の家で孝養をつくし、親の恩に報いることを学ばせるべきである。それが、神のみこころにかなうことなのである。
5	5 Now she who is really a widow, and left alone, trusts in God and continues in supplications and prayers night and day.	真にたよりのない、ひとり暮しのやもめは、望みを神において、日夜、たえず願いと祈とに専心するが、
5	6But she who lives in pleasure is dead while she lives.	これに反して、みだらな生活をしているやもめは、生けるしかばねにすぎない。
5	7 And these things command, that they may be blameless.	これらのことを命じて、彼女たちを非難のない者としなさい。
5	8 But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.	もしある人が、その親族を、ことに自分の家族をかえりみない場合には、その信仰を捨てたことになるのであって、不信者以上にわるい。
5	9 Do not let a widow under sixty years old be taken into the number, and not unless she has been the wife of one man,	やもめとして登録さるべき者は、六十歳以下のものではなくて、ひとりの夫の妻であった者、
5	10 well reported for good works: if she has brought up children, if she has lodged strangers, if she has washed the saints' feet, if she has relieved the afflicted, if she has diligently followed every good work.	また子女をよく養育し、旅人をもてなし、聖徒の足を洗い、困っている人を助け、種々の善行に努めるなど、そのよいわざでひろく認められている者でなければならない。
5	11 But refuse the younger widows; for when they have begun to grow wanton against Christ, they desire to marry,	若いやもめは除外すべきである。彼女たちがキリストにそむいて気ままになると、結婚をしたがるようになり、
5	12 having condemnation because they have cast off their first faith.	初めの誓いを無視したという非難を受けねばならないからである。
5	13 And besides they learn to be idle, wandering about from house to house, and not only idle but also gossips and busybodies, saying things which they ought not.	その上、彼女たちはなまけていて、家々を遊び歩くことをおぼえ、なまけるばかりか、むだごとをしゃべって、いたずらに動きまわり、口にしてはならないことを言う。
5	14Therefore I desire that the younger widows marry, bear children, manage the house, give no opportunity to the adversary to speak reproachfully.	そういうわけだから、若いやもめは結婚して子を産み、家をおさめ、そして、反対者にそしられるすきを作らないようにしてほしい。
5	15 For some have already turned aside after Satan.	彼女たちのうちには、サタンのあとを追って道を踏みはずした者もある。
5	16 If any believing man or woman has widows, let them relieve them, and do not let the church be burdened, that it may relieve those who are really widows.	女の信者が家にやもめを持っている場合には、自分でそのやもめの世話をしてあげなさい。教会のやっかいになってはいけない。教会は、真にたよりのないやもめの世話をしなければならない。
5	17 Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and doctrine.	よい指導をしている長老、特に宣教と教とのために労している長老は、二倍の尊敬を受けるにふさわしい者である。
5	18 For the Scripture says, "You shall not muzzle an ox while it treads out the grain," and, "The laborer is worthy of his wages."	聖書は、「穀物をこなしている牛に、くつこをかけてはならない」また「働き人がその報酬を受けるのは当然である」と言っている。
5	19 Do not receive an accusation against an elder except from two or three witnesses.	長老に対する訴訟は、ふたりか三人の証人がない場合には、受理してはならない。
5	20 Those who are sinning rebuke in the presence of all, that the rest also may fear.	罪を犯した者に対しては、ほかの人々も恐れをいだくに至るために、すべての人の前でその罪をとがむべきである。
5	21 I charge you before God and the Lord Jesus Christ and the elect angels that you observe these things without prejudice, doing nothing with partiality.	わたしは、神とキリスト・イエスと選ばれた御使たちとの前で、おごそかにあなたに命じる。これらのことを偏見なしに守り、何事についても、不公平な仕方をしてはならない。
5	22 Do not lay hands on anyone hastily, nor share in other people's sins; keep yourself pure.	軽々しく人に手をおいてはならない。また、ほかの人の罪に加わってはいけない。自分をきよく守りなさい。
5	23 No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for your stomach's sake and your frequent infirmities.	（これからは、水ばかりを飲まないで、胃のため、また、たびたびのいたみを和らげるために、少量のぶどう酒を用いなさい。）
5	24Some men's sins are clearly evident, preceding them to judgment, but those of some men follow later.	ある人の罪は明白であって、すぐ裁判にかけられるが、ほかの人の罪は、あとになってわかって来る。
5	25 Likewise, the good works of some are clearly evident, and those that are otherwise cannot be hidden.	それと同じく、良いわざもすぐ明らかになり、そうならない場合でも、隠れていることはあり得ない。

6	1 Let as many bondservants as are under the yoke count their own masters worthy of all honor, so that the name of God and His doctrine may not be blasphemed.	くびきの下にある奴隷はすべて、自分の主人を、真に尊敬すべき者として仰ぐべきである。それは、神の御名と教とが、そしりを受けないためである。
6	2 And those who have believing masters, let them not despise them because they are brethren, but rather serve them because those who are benefited are believers and beloved. Teach and exhort these things.	信者である主人を持っている者たちは、その主人が兄弟であるというので軽視してはならない。むしろ、ますます励んで仕えるべきである。その益を受ける主人は、信者であり愛されている人だからである。あなたは、これらの事を教えかつ勧めなさい。
6	3 If anyone teaches otherwise and does not consent to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which accords with godliness,	もし違ったことを教えて、わたしたちの主イエス・キリストの健全な言葉、ならびに信心にかなう教に同意しないような者があれば、
6	4 he is proud, knowing nothing, but is obsessed with disputes and arguments over words, from which come envy, strife, reviling, evil suspicions,	彼は高慢であって、何も知らず、ただ論議と言葉の争いとに病みついている者である。そこから、ねたみ、争い、そしり、さいぎの心が生じ、
6	5 useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself.	また知性が腐って、真理にそむき、信心を利得と心得る者どもの間に、はてしのないいがみ合いが起るのである。
6	6 Now godliness with contentment is great gain.	しかし、信心があって足ることを知るのは、大きな利得である。
6	7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.	わたしたちは、何ひとつ持たないでこの世にきた。また、何ひとつ持たないでこの世を去って行く。
6	8 And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content.	ただ衣食があれば、それで足れりとすべきである。
6	9 But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition.	富むことを願い求める者は、誘惑と、わなとに陥り、また、人を滅びと破壊とに沈ませる、無分別な恐ろしいさまざまの情欲に陷るのである。
6	10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.	金銭を愛することは、すべての悪の根である。ある人々は欲ばって金銭を求めたため、信仰から迷い出て、多くの苦痛をもって自分自身を刺しとおした。
6	11 But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness.	しかし、神の人よ。あなたはこれらの事を避けなさい。そして、義と信心と信仰と愛と忍耐と柔和とを追い求めなさい。
6	12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses.	信仰の戦いをりっぱに戦いぬいて、永遠のいのちを獲得しなさい。あなたは、そのために召され、多くの証人の前で、りっぱなあかしをしたのである。
6	13 I urge you in the sight of God who gives life to all things, and before Christ Jesus who witnessed the good confession before Pontius Pilate,	わたしはすべてのものを生かして下さる神のみまえと、またポンテオ・ピラトの面前でりっぱなあかしをなさったキリスト・イエスのみまえで、あなたに命じる。
6	14 that you keep this commandment without spot, blameless until our Lord Jesus Christ's appearing,	わたしたちの主イエス・キリストの出現まで、その戒めを汚すことがなく、また、それを非難のないように守りなさい。
6	15 which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords,	時がくれば、祝福に満ちた、ただひとりの力あるかた、もろもろの王の王、もろもろの主の主が、キリストを出現させて下さるであろう。
6	16who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen.	神はただひとり不死を保ち、近づきがたい光の中に住み、人間の中でだれも見た者がなく、見ることもできないかたである。ほまれと永遠の支配とが、神にあるように、アァメン。
6	17 Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy.	この世で富んでいる者たちに、命じなさい。高慢にならず、たよりにならない富に望みをおかず、むしろ、わたしたちにすべての物を豊かに備えて楽しませて下さる神に、のぞみをおくように、
6	18 Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share,	また、良い行いをし、良いわざに富み、惜しみなく施し、人に分け与えることを喜び、
6	19 storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.	こうして、真のいのちを得るために、未来に備えてよい土台を自分のために築き上げるように、命じなさい。
6	20 O Timothy! Guard what was committed to your trust, avoiding the profane and idle babblings and contradictions of what is falsely called knowledge--	テモテよ。あなたにゆだねられていることを守りなさい。そして、俗悪なむだ話と、偽りの「知識」による反対論とを避けなさい。
